Sister says man hit with longboard in dire health

Michael Forry remains in intensive care Tuesday morning.

He was hit in the head with a longboard on Tranquille Road just over a week ago.

Forry lives in Mackenzie, but was in town visiting friends, as he used to live in Kamloops.

After an incident where the details remain blurry, a 15-year-old male hit Forry in the head with the longboard, knocking him out.

He's been in a coma ever since.

Police are still investigating the incident -- and no charges have been laid yet.

Ann Forry is Michael's sister.

Shelley Joyce speaks with her.
