Kamloops wants your thoughts on a Performing Arts Centre

Kamloops Mayor Peter Milobar wants to know what you think about the idea of a new Performing Arts Centre (images courtesy City of Kamloops).
The Sydney Opera House is perhaps the symbol of all Australia: those amazing clam-shells on the waterfront.

Can you imagine something like that here in Kamloops?

A grand performance hall jutting onto the river, or perched on a hill overlooking the city.

There's a public input session Saturday- and your ideas are wanted.

Mayor Peter Milobar speaks with Daybreak host Shelley Joyce.
