The Canadian Avalanche Centre is warning people to be careful this weekend (Gord Ohm/Canadian Avalanche Centre).
Do your weekend plans including heading into the backcountry?

Skiing? Sledding?

 Be careful out there.
 
The avalanche risk has been upgraded to "High" in many areas.
