Mobile food trucks may soon be serving in Kamloops

Restaurants on wheels have stayed away from Kamloops despite the fact that the food truck trend is so popular in many cities. Television shows depict the dedication to the culinary pursuit.

In Kamloops, the only mobile food vendors you see are limited to festivals, or hot dog stands, but as Doug Herbert found out that could change very soon.
