Queen's Diamond Jubilee for Fraser River bridge builder

The Queen's Diamond Jubilee medal is being awarded to Rudy Johnson in Kamloops on Jan. 30, 2013 (CBC).


Rudy Johnson is a former Williams Lake rancher and an all around Cariboo Entrepreneur.

He is receiving the Queens Diamond Jubilee medal in Kamloops tonight, because of his contribution to the cattle industry.

He also built a bridge in the 1960's all on his own dime.

The Rudy Johnson bridge is still in use today.
