The state of child well being in Kamloops

There are an estimated 5,000 children under the age of five growing up in Kamloops right now and some of them are struggling.

A new report called "The State of the Child" looks at the factors affecting kids in the city.

The report was done by a group called Make Children First and Sue Lissel is the group's manager.

She speaks with Daybreak host Shelley Joyce.
