TRU Student Union votes on Gay and Lesbian board member

Thursday evening is a big night for members of the Gay and Lesbian community at Thompson Rivers University.

The University's Student Union is holding its Annual General Meeting and there is a special resolution to add a gay and lesbian representative to the union's board of directors.

Student Union president Dustin MacIntyre and board member Katie Hutfluss, a member of TRU's Pride Club, spoke with Shelley Joyce about the resolution and vote.
