Amalgamation pushed for 100 Mile House rural areas


The town of 100 Mile House could be getting a lot bigger.

There's a move underway to amalgamate 100 Mile with some of its outlying areas.

Places like Lac La Hache, Canim Lake and Forest Grove.

The South Cariboo Chamber of Commerce is pushing the idea.
Maureen Pinkney is a director with the Chamber and she spoke with Daybreak host Shelley Joyce.
