Williams Lake course offers depression solutions

People in Williams Lake are being offered a course that says it can help with depression problems by addressing daily things like diet and exercise (CBC).
There can be many causes leading to depression.

A tragic incident, a number of small strifes that add up, or even something medical.

Whatever the reason, getting your life back on track can be a struggle.

Rita Corbett is a nurse in Williams Lake who tries to teach people how to get over depression.

Her approach is through diet and exercise, and it appears to be having success.

There's a free information session Monday night in Williams Lake.

Daybreak host Shelley Joyce speaks with Rita Corbett.
