Kamloops bullies use BC Hydro boxes to harrass victims

Bullying has expanded out of the school yard and into graffiti on the streets of Kamloops.

The Kamloops Graffiti Task Force has found two "bully boards" targeting specific people, including their names and addresses.

Ronnie Bouvier works with the Kamloops Graffiti Task Force, and says she's never come across this kind of vandalism.
