Private versus public.

It's a debate that drives many political arenas, but really gets traction on B.C. highways during the winter.
Would the government do a better job clearing some highways than private companies currently do?

Josh and the Armchair Mayor kicked the tires on this conundrum.

They drove out to the semi truck weigh scale west of Kamloops, where they met trucker Ken Rempel.
