Are B.C. highways as safe as they could be in the winter?

Is the snow getting cleared as fast as it should?

Daybreak has been hearing a number of complaints about the condition of the highways.

So we decided to take those complaints to the person responsible for highways in BC.

Mary Polak is B.C.'s Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure.

She speaks with Daybreak host Shelley Joyce.
