Williams Lake rural fire protection offer pulled

Only a few weeks after people living in rural areas around Williams Lake voted to have the city of Williams Lake provide fire service for the area, the city has pulled its offer.

Joan Sorley is an area director for the Cariboo Regional District.

She is still trying to figure out what is next for people in her district.

Sorley speaks with Daybreak host Shelley Joyce.
