Monday's show: Surviving your holiday road trip

Monday, Dec. 17 on Daybreak Kamloops:

Just in time for your holiday road trip, we start a week-long series on winter driving.

We'll get driving tips from professional truckers, go back to driving school and run through a list of emergency supplies you should carry in your vehicle.

We'll check in with Jamie Davis, the heavy tow truck operator behind the TV series Highway Through Hell.

And we plan to press the Minister of Transportation on if B.C. highways are any safer now than they were ten years ago.

All that and more starting Monday.

That's Daybreak Kamloops with host Shelley Joyce. Monday to Friday 6 to 8:37 a.m. PT, 94.1 FM in Kamloops.
