The deeper problems with panhandling

We told you Thursday about a store owner in downtown Kamloops who is upset with panhandlers.

He says there are too many of them, and he says they're making shoppers uncomfortable.

We wanted to know if it that is the case.

Josh Pagé went for a walk down Victoria Street with outreach worker Ken Salter.

They began their conversation when Ken ran into Kevin.    

Kevin is homeless and was sitting on the sidewalk wrapped in a sleeping bag.
