Creston woman dies in crash

A 52 year old woman from Creston is dead after a 2 vehicle crash Wednesday morning, south of Cranbrook. RCMP say a minivan crossed the center line on highway 3/95 and crashed headon with a dump truck. The female passenger in the mini van was trapped and died on scene, while the driver suffered minor injuries. The driver of the dump truck was ok. Police say speed relative to the icy road conditions was a factor in the crash.
