Kamloops raw food guru dabbles with cooked creations

Some people thought Julie Bayman was nutty, when in January 2010 she flung open the doors of her raw food restaurant in downtown Kamloops with reckless abandon.

Would a working class community warm up to the notion of noshing raw?

Well it left some lunchers cold, and the restaurant closed.

Now, three years later, people are still eager to learn about eating healthy, and "un-cooking" may never lose it's luster.

Daybreak host Shelley Joyce caught up with Julie as she was tidying up after a local lunch and learn.
