911 calls go unanswered as fire rips through home

It's a tragedy no one wants to even a imagine: A fire rips through your home and you can't get through to 911.

That's what happened to Shanna Little, her husband and four of her kids on the weekend. They've been staying with friends in Barnhartvale since the fire.

Shanna speaks with host Shelley Joyce about the fire and her frustration.
