Kamloops ponders where to allow medical marijuana growing

Kamloops city council is proposing changes to where marijuana can legally be grown.

There are many factors clouding the issue, but one person who is clear-headed about the topic is activist Carl Anderson.

He helps people get access to the federal marijuana program.

He's been legally producing medical marijuana for 10 years.
