Homeless count begins in Kamloops

They live along the river bank, in back alleys, and in makeshift shelters in city parks.

Volunteers are hitting the streets today to count the number of homeless people in Kamloops.

Street Outreach Worker Ken Salter is coordinating the survey, and talks to host Shelley Joyce.
