Josh and the Armchair Mayor: parking problems

Armchair Mayor Mel Rothenburger thinks he has the solution for our Josh Pagé's parking ticket problem (CBC).
There just aren't enough places to park in downtown Kamloops.   

The Kamloops Central Business Improvement Association says it's time to increase rates and fines, among other ideas.

This week there are two open forums about downtown parking.
Since it's an issue that seems to have no two hour time limit, we asked our Josh Pagé and former mayor Mel Rothenburger to get to the bottom of the change purse on this one.
