Kamloops family helps Russian orphans

More than a decade ago a Kamloops family received a priceless gift from Russia; they adopted a young orphan.

Since then, they have been giving back by donating backpacks to Russian orphans.

Donna Greenlay and her daughter Katya Woodcock explain their program to host Shelley Joyce.

If you would like to help, you can call Donna at 250-372-2470. Good items to donate include toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, notebooks, hats, socks, crayons and small toys.
