We're aiming to make you late for work.

Seriously, it's in our show's mandate.

"Shelley Joyce does serious and quirky interviews that make listeners late for work because they can't turn the radio off."
Last week a group of us set out to define exactly what our new morning show is going to sound like.

The impact we're aiming for is spelled out in a mission statement. So far, we've got, "Invigorating morning radio that's fresh, honest, and community focused."
And, "...lively discussion, engaging debate, and the latest news ... everything you need to get your day started."
It's still a work in progress, and we're open to suggestions.
