Power cleans... thrusters... burpees and box jumps. Crossfit athletes know those terms. PEI's Michael Ives, one of the founders of CrossFit PEI and one of their head trainers, is taking part in the CrossFit Games competitions. More than 200-thousand athletes from around the world signed up and Michael has made it to the top 200 in his age division.
This Easter Weekend, he'll be spending a lot of time in the gym taking part in athletic challenges. You can find out more about them at crossfitpei.ca.
