Bluefin Tuna - Laura Chapin

A committee of scientists says bluefin tuna are at risk of extinction and fishing the tuna has to stop. But Island fishermen and PEI's fisheries department don't believe these valuable fish are endangered. Ultimately, it's up to the federal Fisheries minister to decide if fishing of bluefin stops. Today is the last day public comment will be accepted, and as Laura Chapin is here to tell us, the fishermen aren't giving up without a fight.
