It does not add up. A recent study shows airline fuel surcharges have risen twice as much as oil prices... and that's not sitting well with a Charlottetown man who's paying 400 dollars extra for a return ticket to Europe. Frank MacEachern says Air Canada is making more money on its fuel surcharges than it's actually paying for the fuel.
