Nearing a water crisis in Charlottetown

Charlottetown Councillor tells Brendan Elliott he is considering the use of restrictions as a way to save water in Charlottetown. The city is near capacity, and is looking to bring an emergency water supply online to help out.

The head of the Winter River Watershed group is also worried over the amount of water being used by Charlottetown residents. Bruce Smith says the water levels in some streams is critical.
