A Family's Plea

donnapoundbernard web.jpgThe sister of a P.E.I. man who was killed last month in a moose-related accidents is speaking out for the first time. The family wants something done about the moose problem on the highway near the Confederation Bridge. Last month, Mike Pound from Charlottetown was a passenger in a vehicle travelling on the New Brunswick side of the Confederation Bridge. The driver swerved to avoid hitting a moose and Pound was thrown from the vehicle. It is the third death in three months involving moose on that stretch of highway.
