New Educational tools for People with Intellectual Disabilities
Want to rent an I-Pad or maybe an XBox? A new kind of lending library is helping people with intellectual disabilities expand their skills, and their families can still stay on budget.
The Kingswood Centre in Montague just opened a new 17 thousand dollar library, paid for by the United Way. But it's lending out more than just books. We'll hear from Kim Galpin, who works at the centre. But first, the CBC's Lindsay Carroll went on a tour with Executive Director Nancy MacCormac.
