P.E.I. Citizen Advocacy matches up adults with intellectual disabilities with other Islanders....for friendship and companionship. This week, the group is celebrating its 25th anniversary. To mark the event, Island Morning shared the stories of some Islanders whose lives have been changed by Citizen Advocacy.
