Ottawa Tea Festival

Jean LaRochelle is the owner and founder of World of Tea in Westboro.  He is giving a talk this afternoon called The Mysteries of Pu Er Tea, at the second annual Ottawa Tea Festival.   The talk begins at 4:40 pm at the Ottawa Convention Centre.
