This classic dressing adds elegance and a hint of sweetness to leafy greens.
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp. honey
Add balsamic vinegar and honey to a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat and reduce to 1/3 cup.
Yield: About 1/3 cup.
