A must-have classic drink for any cocktail party, this light, fruity martini is sure to add some pizzazz to the night.

INGREDIENTS

2 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce orange liqueur, such as Cointreau
Juice of 1 lime
3 ounces cranberry juice
Ice cubes
2 strips lime zest, for garnish (optional)

PREPARATION

Add to cocktail shaker: vodka, orange liqueur, lime juice, cranberry juice and ice. Shake well and strain into 2 martini glasses. Garnish with lime zest.

Yield: 2 servings.
