Believe us when we say that our excitement when sharing recipes from In the Kitchen with Stefano Faita is sincere. We've had the lucky job of seeing the recipes come to life, getting to taste them when they come out of the kitchen and we love all of these recipes. We also cook from the site constantly in our own lives, bringing in soups for work-week lunches and making appetizers from the site when we have pot-luck duties on the weekend. We thought we'd share some of the recipes that we find ourselves making over and over again in case you have yet to make them. Don't wait a day longer to try these!
This simple recipe continues to amaze. As crispy as potatoes that are fried yet healthier, easier and less messy to make!
Lentil Vegetable Soup
We can't tell you how many times this soup has been brought in for lunch. It doubles easily and tastes even better--we think--the next day so it's the perfect Sunday night batch cooking go-to. The fact that it's vegetarian, loaded with nutrients and hearty lentils is all a bonus. You'll love it like we do because it's delicious.
Stefano's Deep Dish Meatball Pizza
The name says it all. We talked about this recipe for days after we tried it. We still drool every time we see the picture.
Not only is the probably the simplest pasta recipe you'll ever come across, it requires no pasta maker or other gadgets. Whether you're intimidated by the thought of making pasta from scratch or you're a pro, this will probably become one of your favourite recipes.
Spiced Baby Back Ribs with Rhubarb BBQ Sauce
You've probably never put rhubarb in your BBQ sauce but once you try it, you'll know why we think it was a genius addition. That flavour! That tang! Try this one out this weekend and let us know what you think?
In fact, we'd love to hear from you about what some of your favourite recipes here are. Are there In the Kitchen with Stefano Faita recipes that will forever be in your repertoire? We very much hope so. Let us know!
