Hummus with Roasted Garlic
Carrot Salad with Citrus Dressing
Grilled whole wheat pitas, cut in triangles
Parsley, for garnishing
Assemble platter as desired with Baba Ghanouj, Hummus with Roasted Garlic, Falafel, Tahini Sauce , Carrot Salad with Citrus Dressing , Classic Tabbouleh, grilled pita breads, cherries tomatoes, baby cucumbers and black olives. Garnish with parsley.
Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
