Horseradish and Chive Aioli

Horseradish and Chive Aioli

This zesty mayonnaise dip is perfect for grilled, baked or fried seafood.


INGREDIENTS

1 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
2 tbsp chopped chives
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste


PREPARATION

Combine mayonnaise, garlic, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, olive oil, prepared horseradish, chives, and salt and pepper. Taste and adjust for seasoning.



Yield: About 1 1/4 cups.
