Using home-made, oven-dried tomatoes makes these crostini irresistible!
12 baguette slices, toasted
3/4 cup goat cheese
12 Sweet Oven-Dried Tomatoes
12 basil leaves
Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
Spread 1 tbsp. goat cheese over each baguette toast. Top each with oven-dried tomato, basil leaf and drizzle with olive oil.
Yield: 12 servings.
