These grown up ice pops are a fun dessert and cocktail all in one!
3 cups Prosecco or sparkling wine
3 cups white cranberry juice
1/4 cup chopped frozen cranberries
Add Prosecco and white cranberry juice to large measuring cup. Stir to combine. Pour into ice pop moulds. Add cranberries to each mould. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours. Makes 18 to 20 ice pops, about 1/3 of cup per ice pop.
Yield: 18 to 20 servings.
