1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
1/2 cup to 3/4 cup sour cream
Zest 1 lime
Pinch ground coriander
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Add avocado, sour cream, lime zest, pinch ground coriander, and salt and pepper to food processor. Puree until smooth.
Yield: About 1 1/2 to 2 cups.
