The perfect pairing with seafood, this classic dipping sauce is sweet, tangy and spicy.
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup horseradish sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, or to taste
Hot sauce, to taste
Juice of 1/2 to 1 lemon
Combine ketchup, chili sauce, horseradish, Worchestershire sauce, hot sauce and lemon juice. Taste and adjust seasoning and spice as desired.
Yield: About 1 1/2 cups.
