Perfect for roast or grilled lamb, this fresh Mint Sauce is a nice alternative to mint jelly.
1 bunch mint
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Add mint, sugar, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt and pepper to food processor. Pulse until blended.
Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
