Just when you thought butter couldn't get any better! Here it meets honey for the perfect corn bread, muffin or toast topping.
1 cup butter (unsalted), soft
1/4 cup honey
Hot sauce, to taste
Salt, to taste
1 tsp. chopped chives (optional)
Add honey, butter, hot sauce and salt to a bowl. Whip with electric beaters or stir vigorously. Transfer to serving dish and garnish with chopped chives, if desired.
Yield: 8 servings.
