Make this instant frozen yogurt for dessert any night of the week. It's just as delicious with frozen raspberries, mangoes and peaches.
4 cups frozen blueberries
2 cups Greek vanilla yogurt or plain Greek yogurt
4 tbsp. maple syrup, or to taste
Handful fresh blueberries, for garnishing (optional)
Sprig mint, for garnishing (optional)
Add frozen blueberries, yogurt and maple syrup to food processor. Pulse to combine. Serve immediately or put in freezer for 10 minutes for a firmer texture, if desired. Garnish with fresh blueberries and a sprig of mint, if desired.
Yield: 4 servings.
