Greek Platter

A festive Greek Platter makes for easy entertaining. The Greek meatballs are an easy homemade addition and then simply assemble with your favourite Greek spreads, dips and ingredients. Serve with ouzo and let the party begin!


INGREDIENTS

Greek Meatballs
Hummus with Roasted Garlic
Tzatziki Sauce
8 small Greek-style pita breads, grilled and cut into wedges
1 cucumber, cut into spears
1/2 pint cherry tomatoes or cherry tomatoes on the vine
1 small jar roasted red peppers
Handful black olives
14 ounces feta cheese, cut in large cubes
1 small jar brined grape leaves
Parsley sprigs, for garnishing (optional)


PREPARATION

Assemble platter with Greek Meatballs, Hummus with Roasted Garlic, Tzatziki Sauce, grilled pita bread, cucumber spears, cherry tomatoes, roasted red peppers and olives. Wrap cubes of feta cheese in grape leaves and add to platter. Garnish platter with sprigs of parsley.
