Spiced with cayenne pepper and smoked paprika, this dip is perfect with fries and onion rings or as a spread for sandwiches.
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. cayenne pepper, or to taste
2 tsp. smoked paprika, hot or sweet
1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, cayenne, smoked paprika and chives. Season with salt and pepper. Taste and adjust for seasoning.
Yield: About 1/2 cup.
