Sweet and nutty with a hint of spice, this chocolate shake is a quick and easy dessert for a family fajita or taco night.
1 1/4 cup almond milk
1 scoop chocolate ice cream
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch ground chile pepper, such as cayenne, ancho or chipotle
Dollop of whipped cream, for garnishing
Grated chocolate, for garnishing
Add almond milk, chocolate ice cream, cinnamon, vanilla and chile to blender. Puree until smooth. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and grated chocolate, if desired. Serve.
