This big, juicy burger made with Stefano's Homemade Steak Spice is perfect for any backyard party and guaranteed to have everyone's mouth watering.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with the steak spice. Divide mixture into 4 equal balls and shape into burger patties. Let stand in fridge for 10 to 15 minutes.
Heat the grill on high. Brush and oil grill.
Oil burgers and add to grill. Cook, turning once, until meat is no longer pink, about 5 to 7 minutes per side, depending on thickness of burgers. Add cheddar cheese to burgers in the last few minutes of cooking to melt the cheese.
Serve burgers in buns, garnished with lettuce, bacon, onion and tomato chutney.
Yield: 4 servings.
