This fresh Mediterranean flavours in this spread pair perfectly with Lamb Burgers or grilled pita bread.
1 cup plain Balkan-style yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup crumbled feta
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
1 garlic clove, chopped
Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Add yogurt, mayonnaise, crumbled feta, mint, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt and pepper to food processor. Pulse until smooth. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
Yield: About 2 1/2 cups.
