Dark Chocolate Fondue

No one can resist dipping into this sexy dessert -- it definitely makes eating fresh fruit a lot more fun.


7 ounces dark chocolate, finely chopped
1 cup whipping cream (35%)
Pinch cinnamon
Pinch salt
4 cups chopped fruit for dipping, such as figs, strawberries, mango, melon, pineapple


Heat the whipping cream over medium heat just to a boil. Add cream to chocolate. Whisk to combine. Add pinch of cinnamon and salt. Keep chocolate warm. Serve with a variety of chopped fruit for dipping.

Yield: 4 servings.
