4 cups dandelion greens, trimmed
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. honey (liquid honey)
2 tsp. orange zest
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Add dandelion greens to a large bowl.
Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, orange zest, and salt and pepper to small bowl, whisk to combine. Toss with greens. Garnish with more orange zest, if desired.
Yield: 4 servings.
